MANTRA Finance Launches First Regulated RWA Product with Pyse Earth’s E-Bike Fleet in UAE

MANTRA Finance has unveiled its first regulated real-world asset (RWA) investment product, the Pyse E-Bike Fleet, in partnership with sustainable investment platform Pyse Earth. The product allows investors to purchase PYSEGREEN1 tokens, providing exposure to lease income from electric bike fleets operated for food delivery and e-commerce companies in the UAE.

The Pyse E-Bike Fleet targets an internal rate of return (IRR) of up to 16% over 51 months, with monthly payouts in USDC. Compliant with Dubai’s VIRTUAL Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) regulations, the product aligns with the emirate’s D33 sustainability agenda.

Global e-bike market growth underpins the investment thesis, with projections reaching $61 billion by 2030. Pyse’s existing fleets have already logged 3 million kilometers and offset 20 million kilograms of CO₂ emissions.

This launch follows MANTRA’s November 2024 partnership with Pyse to tokenize 10,000 electric motorcycles by 2025. The initiative marks a significant step in bridging blockchain technology with sustainable infrastructure financing.
